Fuel injectors directly affect the fuel / air delivery of your vehicle.
New fuel injectors do require a new or updated tune.

Is this just for Fuel Injectors, or if fuel injectors and a calibrated MAF are both added in?
If it is for just injectors, does it need a re-tune with there is a calibrated MAF added as well.

Excellent question! You would certainly need a re-tune if this was for only a fuel injector change of a different lb/flow specification than stock and no other modification. If you have a MAF sensor that is already calibrated for the same lb/flow rating as the injectors you are using, then no re-tune is required and you are good to go install and get on the road!
